Practys Conseil deploys a
"Academy of Commercial Excellence
for EDF solar solutions
OBJECTIVES :
Train a class of 33 work-study students, facilitate their recruitment and integration.
At a time when companies are struggling to recruit salespeople, Practys Conseil, a firm with 25 years' experience in sales and management training, is deploying an innovative solution: a "sales school".
for EDF solar solutions. This ambitious scheme is designed to m meet the growing need for qualified sales staff, while offering a real job opportunity to young people who are sometimes far removed from the job market.
A MARKET UNDER PRESSURE :
The shortage of salespeople in France
The sales profession suffers from an ageing image, and has difficulty attracting new generations. Yet demand remains very high, with 96,000 job vacancies available according to Indeed, particularly in booming sectors such as renewable energies and photovoltaics. EDF solutions solaires, which employs 350 "solar consultants" across France, is faced with an ageing pyramid and a need to renew its sales force.

To meet this challenge, the company called on m Practys Conseil to structure an innovative training program and recruit a new generation of operational sales people. EDF solar solutions' commitment to this approach goes far beyond m simple recruitment: it is an investment and a corporate citizenship initiative, by training a new generation of Solar Advisors capable of supporting the energy transition with conviction and efficiency.
A unique sales school to train salespeople who know how to combine performance, ethics and customer relations.
Practys Conseil has designed a veritable "sales nursery" in partnership with the EFFOR Group training center. This program, financed by
partly funded by the French Ministry of Labor and the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region, is aimed at m young people aged 18 to 30. The aim is to give them a new chance by training them in a promising, high value-added profession.
The system is based on a comprehensive program, tailor-made for EDF solar solutions, alternating training (communication, influence, persuasion, psychology and marketing) and immersion.

Each participant is supervised by an EDF solutions solaires tutor, who in turn is accompanied by a Practys Conseil coach.
On completion of the course, participants will sit an exam to obtain the Bac + 2 NTC (Négociateur Technico-Commercial) professional qualification.

AN EFFICIENT AND
PROMISING INITIAL RESULTS
The program began in September 2024. 39 young people have been recruited and are currently undergoing training. The program boasts an exceptional retention rate, with only 6 departures m the end of the trial period, proof of the quality of recruitment and support.

With this initiative, Practys Conseil demonstrates its ability to structure sales schools tailored to the specific needs of companies.

The EDF Solar Solutions Academy is the first milestone in a larger project. In 2025, Practys Conseil is already announcing the forthcoming launch of the SalesLeader Academy IMMO to train sales forces in the real estate sector.
